Steve Brown and Sean Pleiman brought a great deal of experience & energy to our home sale process. They offered sound practical advice in preparing our house for sale while providing factual sale price information. We had lived in this home for 29 years raising two children and a menagerie of pets. Our home had an offer within in five days of the listing. We would recommend the team of Brown/Pleiman at Irongate Realtors to any real estate needs in the Dayton/Cincinnati Metro area whether buying or selling a property. They also recognized the sale was emotionally tough on myself and my wife and were attentive to that aspect of the experience offering advice and support.
