We absolutely loved working with Sean and Steve! They are undoubtedly who you want to buy and/or sell your house. There isn't anyone in the Dayton area who knows the market better, they understood what we were looking for and when the house came on the market that fit everything they made sure we put in not only the best offer, but the right offer. When we sold our house, they knew exactly what we needed to do to sell quickly and for asking price. Their understanding of the entire process ensured every step was explained clearly and answered every question we had making the entire process smooth.

Sean was super informative throughout the process of buying my first home. Any questions I had, he was able to answer them and give me all the information I needed. I have a crazy life/work schedule, and Sean was always willing and able to work with me on what I needed. Through every step of the process, his communication was top notch and I always felt like I was in the loop on what was happening and never questioning a single thing. When it came time to submit my offer, he made sure to explain everything that was going on and how to put us in the best possible position to have ours accepted. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to help me find my first home and would highly recommend him to anyone!
